This Privacy Policy explains how Local SEO Marketing Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through GMB Post Scheduler (the “Application”). The Application is a private business tool used by authorized operators to manage Google Business Profile activity, reporting, reviews, citations, and local rank tracking.
1. Who may use the Application
The Application is intended for authorized operators managing business locations they own or have permission to manage. It is not offered directly to consumers and does not provide public account registration.
2. Information the Application accesses
- Google Business Profile accounts and locations, including business name, address, phone number, category, and location identifiers.
- Business Profile posts, post status, media references, reviews, review replies, and performance metrics.
- Keywords, geographic coordinates, rank-check results, citations, listing URLs, scheduled content, and report settings entered by an authorized operator.
- OAuth tokens and configuration details required to connect approved services.
The Application does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, personal contacts, calendars, or payment information.
3. How information is used
Information is used to schedule and publish Business Profile posts, retrieve Business Profile performance information, manage reviews and replies, produce reports, check local search rankings, evaluate citation consistency, diagnose failed actions, and maintain the Application’s requested functions.
4. Google API Services and Limited Use
GMB Post Scheduler’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used for advertising, sold to third parties, or used to train generalized artificial intelligence models.
5. Service providers
When enabled by the operator, the Application may send only the information needed to complete a requested function to service providers such as Google APIs, SerpApi or DataForSEO for rank checks, an operator-selected AI provider for content or reply generation, and an image-hosting provider for images selected for publication. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. API keys are supplied and controlled by the operator.
6. Storage and retention
Application records are primarily stored locally in the Application folder and its database. OAuth tokens and API configuration are stored locally. Information remains until the operator deletes the applicable records, disconnects an integration, revokes Google access, or removes the Application and its database. Publicly published posts and replies may remain on Google until removed through Google Business Profile.
7. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent Google user data. Information is disclosed only to provide an operator-requested Application function, comply with law, protect security and legal rights, or with the account owner’s direction and consent.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for supported external communications and rely on local access controls for the computer running the Application. No system can guarantee absolute security. Operators should protect the computer, credentials, OAuth tokens, database, backups, and API keys from unauthorized access.
9. Data access, deletion, and revocation
- Disconnect Google inside the Application or revoke access at Google Account Permissions.
- Delete locally stored records or remove the Application folder and database.
- Contact us to ask questions about information handled through the Application.
10. Children’s privacy
The Application is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the Application.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the Application, connected services, or legal requirements change. The revised date will be shown at the top of this page.
